I started Nice Clean Home after working during college for a cleaning company. I was taught old-school hands & knees methods of cleaning-details and the extra mile always.
We do things such as high dust up to 14 FT, vents, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. I always explain everything when I come to see the home and meet with a potential client. My favorite part of this career is building lasting relationships with our clients. I love making you feel completely comfortable. You always know who is coming and the results will be the same every time.
Monthly & bi-weekly are our two most popular options. However, we don't have contracts and you're never locked in. We can schedule month to month or do a set day each month, whatever your needs are, we make sure they're met & then some. It brings me so much joy to take the burden of needing to keep up with a home while life is so busy. It's one less thing to do.
All of our products are kid-and pet-friendly. You never get knocked out by chemicals. We always use top-of-the-line products and equipment. Sanitation after each home is top priority as well. We treat your home like ours, being cautious to expensive furniture and fixtures. I always say if I wouldn't use our equipment in our own home-then it doesn't ever go into a client's home!

Pricing
We are very competitive in regards to other companies when it comes to our pricing. Things to take into consideration is we are a small business that isn't a franchise.
As the owner, I am personally cleaning 90% of all cleans. We take into consideration the size of the home, for example: the numbers of beds and baths is a good portion of the pricing. Along with square footage of the home. Another factor is how much deep scrubbing and cleaning is needed along with how long a job will take.
Our guideline for pricing can vary slightly from home to home. We are also using more costly products during our cleans. It is always best if we can do a phone consultation or a personal walk-thru to give you an exact price. However, we are happy to price over the phone when given enough detail about the job. We clean everything from a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment to 6 beds, 6 bath homes.
*Move in/out cleans are priced differently than our standard cleans as these are very very deep cleans to get a home ready to put on the market or have a new homeowner move in.
Move in/out generally price around 35 cents/sq. ft. as a rough guide.

Sanitation/Covid Precautions
We take all precautions when it comes to Covid-19. All equipment such as vacuums are fully sanitized with commercial-strength disinfectant between every client. Vacuums are always emptied so nothing will be brought into your home from another home. All cleaning rags are always laundered, and washed with commercial disinfectant and Clorox Laundry Sanitizer. We use toilet mops for cleaning so no toilet brushes are ever used before they're used in your toilets. Sponges, magic erasers, etc. are always brand-new for each home. Again, we know we could eliminate quite a bit of overhead cost by reusing or skipping some of these steps, but the health and safety of our clients come far before cutting any overhead costs.
